"At RedMart, we aim to save you time and money for the important things in life. And when we don’t deliver your groceries on time,
we’re not fulfilling that mission. That’s why we now have an on-time delivery guarantee.
This means that if we do not deliver your groceries in your chosen two-hour time slot, we will automatically credit $5 to your RedMart account.
Of course, we will be doing our best to ensure that we are on-time for your deliveries. But during the rare occasion that we are either early or late, we’d like to give you the $5 credit as a way of showing that we truly value your time, and that we are genuinely sorry for failing to meet our promise.
We record the time of delivery based on when you sign our delivery representative’s mobile app. Please ensure that you sign and confirm on the app at the time of delivery so that we can verify the delivery time and issue credit automatically when we are early or late. If our delivery representative does not present the mobile app for you to sign, please ask for it because we cannot verify the time and issue the credit if we don’t have your signature.
