Have you been to Hokkaido yet? Besides its beautiful scenery and cooling weather, Hokkaido is also famous for its high quality seafood and its dairy products. Now you can have a taste at the Summer Hokkaido fair at Takashimaya from now till 12 July 2015!
I recommend trying the popular Mel Cheese from Petite Merveille, a cute, bite-sized soufflé type cheesecake, which is made entirely from Hokkaido ingredients including Yamakawa milk and free-range eggs. It is light and soft and totally melts in your mouth!
Also don’t miss the chance to try the Hokkaido hairy and king crabs, famous for its freshness and sweet flesh!
