Terms and Conditions:
1. "Promotion" refers to the ‘Citi and Grab Free Ride Promotion'
2. The qualifying period for this Promotion is from 4 July 2016 to 10 July 2016, midnight to midnight, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. Only main Cardmembers of any Citibank Credit Card (excluding Citi Corporate Card(Sole Corporate Liability), Citi Purchasing Card and Citi Travel Lodge Card) are eligible to participate in this Promotion and must not have effected a transaction using any Citibank Credit Card on the Grab App in the past 12 months prior to Promotion Period (i.e. from 4 July 2015 to 3 July 2016, both days inclusive ("Eligible Cardmembers").
4. An Eligible Cardmember will be eligible to earn a cash credit equivalent to the amount he spends on the first ride with Grab, subject to a maximum amount of S$10 ("Gift"), where:
a. such ride is paid for using the Eligible Cardmember’s Citibank Credit Card ("Eligible Card"); and
b. the Eligible Card was enrolled onto the Grab App, during the Promotion Period.
5. The Gift will be credited into the Eligible Card account used to pay for the ride within 45 days after the Promotion Period provided such account is open and in good standing.
6. Limited to one Gift per Eligible Cardmember. The Gift cannot be used to offset against the minimum payment due.
7. Citibank is not an agent of the merchant and assumes no liability or responsibility for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided.
8. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its sole and absolute discretion and will be final, conclusive and binding on all participants.
