It's MEE GORENG!!!

An all time favourite local dish packed with a variety of seafood!

A Great way to reward yourself after a crazy week!

Ingredients
Grey Prawns (5pcs)
Squid (90-100g)(Cut)
White Fish (100g or 10 Slices)
1 Tomato (Wedged)
2 Stalks Chye Sim (Cut)
½ Red Onion (Cut)
1 Chilli (Sliced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
Thick Flat Noodles (300g)
3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
½ Tbsp Sambal Chilli
6 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Steps
1. Heat Olive Oil in pan. Fry Garlic, Chilli, Red Onion and Chye Sim.

2. Add White Fish, Squid, Grey Prawns, Thick Flat Noodles, Tomato Sauce, Water and mix well.

3. Add Tomato. Then, cover and simmer for 1 mintue.

Serve Warm and ENJOY!
