- Pulling Weights
Lie on your stomach, holding dumbbells or 500 ml bottles (filled up) on both hands, extend your arms straight out to the sides. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Reach your arms back toward your legs, with your head and chest lifted. Extend arms out again while lowering your body back down. Repeat for 20 times.

- Hydrate with Water

Hang on, if you intend to toss your leftover CNY oranges in the bin, or let it rot pathetically on the desk. Follow the commandments (we mean the recipes) and add a new lease of life to the fruit, for thou shalt not waste!

The Morning Fuel: Citrus Bruschetta (Serves 5)
¼ baguette
½ orange (peeled, pitted and diced)
½ tablespoons olive oil
½ tomato (sliced)
A pinch of fresh basil
½ tablespoons minced red onion
½ teaspoons finely minced garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped pitted Olives
Pinch of red pepper flakes and sea salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil (for drizzling)

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Cut baguette into 5 pieces, and lay them on a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle bread with oil, and bake for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool. Toss the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well (to get a mixture). To assemble the crostini, smear each piece with a teaspoon of low-fat goat cheese, and top with the mixture.

The Afternoon Snack: Watermelon, Orange & Feta Salad (Serves 4)

-2 cups of watermelon (cut in cubes)
-1 orange, peel and pith removed, flesh cut into segments
-1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
-2 ounces cottage cheese, thinly sliced
-1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves (omit if you dislike it)
-4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Arrange the watermelon, orange, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.

The Night Time Dessert: Orange & Banana Popsicle (Serves 12)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup orange juice (250 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender till smooth. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze overnight.
