1. The Challenge is open only to Weston consumer.
2. Submission period for the Challenge will be from July 7th to July 19th, 2017 at 11:59 PM Singapore time.
3. Only submissions through Instagram will be accepted.
4. Participant is required to purchase 2017/2018 Chelsea FC Nike Football Club Kit at Weston's store.
5. Participant should then post the photo of them wearing the 2017/2018 Chelsea FC Nike Football Club Kit and show their most creative pose on their personal Instagram account.
6. Along with the post, Participants should write their personal Chelsea FC story. (Only limit to 100 words)
7. Complete the post by tagging @westonsingapore and using #WESTONFOOTBALL
8. Participants need to make their Instagram profile public during the contest period in order to be eligible.
9. Only submissions following the steps above will be considered eligible.
10. Multiple entries from the same user will not be accepted. In the situation of multiple entries, judges will only be looking at the first entry.
11. Entries will be judged based on creativity and story.
12. Winners shall be judged by Weston and Nike in their sole discretion. Weston and Nike's decision shall be final and binding on the participant.
13. Winners will be notified and verified via direct message in Instagram through Weston's Instagram account.
14. Each Participant participating in the Challenge ("Participant") shall bear each of their own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from their participation in the contest, including (without limitation) telecommunications, network, SMS and all such other charges and out-ofpocket expenses as may be incurred by each participant during or in connection with the mission. NIKE shall not be liable in any manner to refund, buy or otherwise incur any expense to or on behalf of participant.
15. The Participant shall indemnify and keep NIKE Inc. NIKE, Inc. and the affiliates and subsidiaries of NIKE, Inc., including NIKE Global Trading BV Singapore Branch, their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, distributors, representatives, contractors, successors, assigns, and insurers, all sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, and staff ("the
Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all losses, damages, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Participant's participation in the Challenge or their breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
16. By participating in the contest, participants agree to the disclosure of their personal particulars to Weston and its organizers solely for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the contest. Weston shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the Participant and for dealing with the information in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Should the Participant win the contest, such winning Participant consents to Weston sharing the personal particulars with Nike only for the purpose of contacting The Participant to handover the prize. The Participant also agrees that they are making their Instagram page public at their sole discretion and volition and are doing so after fully understanding the risks and accept any and all consequences relating to making their Instagram page public, including but not limited to any data and information security breach that may happen to computer systems or during transmission of the data at their end.
