New Communal Dinner: Breaking Boundaries, Feeding Well, Being Us

Our new dinner concept is built around communal dining and generous sharing plates of seafood. We've made this shift because that’s how we eat at home, sharing, laughing, and bonding over food.

True to our DNA as a startup, we’re looking to break tradeoffs between quality and value, choice and finesse, Asian and Western modes of dining. For $49++ per guest, each guest may choose a sharing dish to start, a sharing main, have a bowl of matcha ramen, and choose a dessert. A table of 3 might dig into 12 beautiful, generous dishes for $147++, for example.

Mains are designed to be takeaway-friendly, especially for our guests who are working late. We also offer a la carte ordering. We’ve carefully paired wines by the glass and Japanese craft beers to bring the best out of each dish.

Our dishes all start with pristine produce—sashimi-grade scallops from Hokkaido, fresh baby squid from Pahang, wild-caught “ang kar” prawns from Pontian in Johor, sashimi-grade ocean trout from Norway, kibinago from Kyushu in Japan, grey mullet from our very own Lim Chu Kang.

Then, we draw inspiration across cuisines, from our fine dining training, and from our childhood to create dishes that are distinctive, yet deeply comforting. We cook with a passionate chef’s touch, and serve with genuine warmth and hospitality.
